Stolen Classic! - SR20 Community Forum

Backstory: On Feb 8, 2009 My boy Joseph gives me a call this morning around 9:30 and say that his SE-R was stolen. If ANYONE sees it, let us know. it's a 1994 SE-R, black, SE-L rims and Tsuru front. It was jacked right from his house. SUCKS to have such scum in the area.

Flash forward to Today:So my boy D is up in Hartford just calls & says that some guy was tryna sell them a black B13 that AT THE TIME didn't strike him as anything different. Clean, Tsurus, B14 rims.. but he noticed the guy was really sketchy. He mentioned that the guy was tryna sell it 'cause it was hot and it STILL didn't strike him. After the guys took off, he remembered my man Jospeh's car and calls me up & tells me the scoop. So if anyone is in the HARTFORD AREA please be on the look out. He told me that this guy was talking about his boy, who owns a purple B14. Anyone know who this is? Could lead us to my boy's car. Thanks

It should be noted that what sets Joseph's car apart is that is an early B13 from what I know BUT it has a lowport motor in it. I don't know if it's a roller rocker or not, but like I said, it's swapped to a lowport although the year would dictate it having a highport. Anyone with any facts would greatly help.

And to have your peeps talking to the guy he should give the description to the Cops. Im sure if you do what i did when my motorcycle was stolen i went around looking for it on foot then as i thought it will show up eventually,Then a 2 days later went to visit my cousin at her hair salon the i looked down the hill

Aint that my bike??? it was parked outside an apartment building with a lock on the rear wheel i got rid of it a few weeks later the motor was dead

but like i said who ever stole it from you knows where you live and it might actualy be somebody who you know had this done,Hell did anybody come to you asking to buy it or was asking about it??.

Nah not Me, like I said this was my boy Joseph's car. He just moved up here from PR and pretty much just had this CAR, that's it. Someone stole it from in front of his house in Bridgeport, but my other boy said some guy tried to sell him one in Hartford that fit the description. I SHOULD tell him to describe the guy to the cops though, see if that uncovers anything. Thanks

This is an easy case to solve you just gota do some ground work,I detest people who just think that stealing peoples $hit is cool

, I know how it is to work soo hard for something and have others who think that they want it more than you and dont wana work for it.

If your boys car has is a 94 SER, it comes with a lowport from the factory.

91-93 SERs come with highport motors and 94 SERs come with lowports.

He was saying the year that the car is dictates that it SHOULD have a highport but in actuality a lowport has been swapped in it's place. That is one of the distinctions. Ok, let me say it again.

The car that got stolen is a 94 SER. All 94 SERs come with lowport motors.

91-93 SErs are high port. So if the car is a 94 SER it comes with a lowport not a highport.

Are you joking? people KNOW that these cars are getting harder and harder to find. The cleaner they are, the more rare. Easy to swap, great to drive, easy to mod, especially if you've got the know-how or the right connections. And if you are a jackass, then you have no conscience about stealing someone else's hard earned money.
