Trouble setting up
I am having trouble on starting my car with SA setup. I am fine with RT. My setup
S13 sr20det
850cc denso injectors 0. 85ms lagtime
garrett gt 2871r turbo
N62 maf

After I put my setup in , I can start it . It ran for a few second and then fuel cut. I look in the gauge screen, the maf value is 255, maf voltage is 0.48v. Boost cut check is on. How can I make a tcd file so I can run my car... I notice in the gauge screen there is an IAT with reading. Where's this coming from? Can I use this IAT? this is my tcd.

Thank YOU

You have to start with a fresh tcd when going to sa..

I reccomend starting with one of the de bins with n62 maf already set then just play with the injector size.

You need to start with a S13 SR20DET base calibration.

This one should get you going.

It's the format Nismotronic files are in. The TC stands for TunerCode.

Gotcha. I'm still on the Frankenstein DE ECU "tampered with" for the VE. If I took a picture you guys would laugh. There's about 200 wires all over the place but I keep it nicely hidden in between the dash

the maf sensor in there is s13. The injectors is 850cc and alternative is 740cc. Is that right?

I got it running using the s14 740,n62 from the calibration table. Even with 850cc injectors, idle with 1.8ms pw it runs lean 18.0 afr at idle. On the rt, with my 850cc injectors, idling with 14.7afr, my injectors pw is 1.65ms. I am still confuse with this sa setup. What does alt in the injectors setup mean?

The ALT injector setup has no effect on your air/fuel ratio. The ALT injector size is used when you want to switch between injector sizes quickly, for example with a switch (to run different fuels).

There are two ways to get your car to richen up at idle.

1. Downscale the injector size, try to set it up at 750cc or 700cc, or even more if you have to. This doesn't have to be at the exact value for your injectors, playing around with it helps a lot! (I run my 370cc at 270cc due to E85)
2. Change the MAF factor, to apply more weigth per value in the fuel maps. Not really the best way to do it, so I recommend going with #1

Read the manual, it's all in there The videos are also great!
