Giving car gas causes it to decelerate
Car wasn't doing this before, now after finally getting my e-fans wired up my car decelerates when giving the car gas as if it has a Vacuum leak.

It will idle around 900-1k but when I give it gas it will drop down to around 500 rpm sometimes shutting off.

Checked every intercooler pipe, maf pipe, exhaust mani, intake mani, and to no avail I couldn't find a leak...

Even sprayed water around piping connections with soapy water and I couldn't find anywhere that bubbled.

I did record 2 logs, 1 idling and the other of me driving it around the neighborhood.

Have you accidentally set your launch limit to minimum? If you turn the key with it in gear, and touch the gas pedal then put in nuetral, your launch limit can be set to 600ish rpm. Actually can be quite handy as a anti theft too..

I never touched it in Nismotronic so I don't believe I set the launch limit... I will confirm for sure this evening!

Your TPS voltage is stuck at 5.12V.

I saw that, and was wondering why it wouldn't fluctuate when I would give it gas or throttle it! Is there anyway I can fix that, possibly resetting it or is it bad?

Sounds like a bad TPS. Unlug the TPS and see if the voltage goes to 0v. If it does replace the TPS. If it does not you have a short somewhere. Might as well double check the wiring while you are at it.
