VVL and rev limit woes

we have rewired the vvl and used egr 105 pin on the Nemu...we havecombined the intake and out put wires that were present on the harnes to pin 105

the egr on misc is unchecked...bec if its checked vvl is on always

used egr rpm trigger on output set 5000rpm on and 4800 off....seems vvl is working but my rev limits is not reacing 9k..somtimes its 5k sometimes 7k

help please

Check your speed signal and make sure it isn't dropping out and causing you to hit the launch limiter.

Make sure your "overboost" limit table is GREATER than your logged TP values.. even though it is NA, with a bigger maf it can pull higher TP values.

Get a recording of what it is doing and send it to my email with your current calibration!

okay we had the car on a lift and got a wideband reading using Inno LM2...we got 9.2:1 af at first..lowered the k values until we got 13.9 to 14.3 to 1 from idle to top...

no touching of fuel and timing tables yet...took the car to gear 2 and miraculously the it screamed to 9k!

strange! it seems the car hesitated to rev when it was rich

My Af is 12.7 to 13.2 open and 14.3 closed
