It will be available for regular purchase, however, our MSRP will be more expensive.

If you know you will definitely want one within the next 3-4 months, you should get in on the pre-purchase to save some $$$'s

A Plate type LSD has a lot more internals parts, which, although doesn't increase our "per unit" cost to the consumer (currently ~$900), it does increase our development cost significantly. We would be looking at around at least 15-20 confirmed buyers to produce a Plate type LSD

2) As unijabnx2000 stated, the Plate type LSD is mainly for the racers (auto-x, circuit, rally) and is not too suitable for the street due to its aggressiveness and noise. However, with the Helical LSD, this is suitable for everyone; Not as good as a Plate type LSD for a race car, but can still be used effectively, especially if you are new to racing. And although I'm not 100% certain on this, I'm guessing that the majority of the market is the street/weekend-warrior

1.) Roger that, I guess we can look into that after we get an initial Helical option. I'm spreading the word to G20.net, there are plenty of folks there that could probably want one. Now are there plans to make them for stock open diff boxes or only stock LSD boxes?

2.) Weird it doesn't seem like my Nismo is any more aggressive or noisy then stock VLSD or my Helical LSD (in 6 speed). I do run a can or redline LSD additive with my oil. Drives as smooth as stock, until you get on it . I do like the Helical LSD too, it's great for straight line acceleration, right as boost starts breaking the tires loose (you hear a slight chirp), the other side kicks in and bam no wheel spin. Very impressive compared to VLSD, even to clutch type!

So the completion date and payment is expected around December?

Interested for sure. Would prefer a clutch-type (rally application), but helical is better than worn-out VLSD, for sure.
