can DE rod bearing can be use on GTiR Rods?
Okay... I want to know if can DE rod bearing is fine to use on GTIR rods? I know gtird is 19mm while de rods are 17. but I really can't find gtir rod bearings here our place.. So any thoughts? or would it take damage the rod and bearings on GTIR?

Thanks

you will kill the rods and the crank shaft soon. but this only IF you fit them in the rods.
rod bearings have a small dent to fit and stay in position. the gaps on the gtir rods are futher than the de so the bearings dont allign.
i bought my self acl gtir bearings on ebay.

I have been told that it is relatively safe to use the DE main bearings on a GTIR because they are in a fixed position. Using them on rods is very risky because of the added movement. Either way most DE bearings do not have the additional holes the GTIR requires.

If you found the GTIR mains use them. Search for ACL race bearings for your rods.
