Thread: boost controller

well the previous owner of my b13 put a boost controller on and took out the boost control solenoid. now no matter how much i turn the boost controller up it wont go past 9lbs. they say u can do the 1 bar loop with the stock solenoid. they have the boost controller connected from the waste gate and from the vac line from the bottom of the intake mani is that correct?

yeah the previous owner of the car totally eliminated the factory controller so they put a hallman manual boost controller. but it wont raise the boost at all ill post a pic of it

the bottom hose goes to the wastegate the hose from the back goes to the intake mani? is that right

bottom goes to intake manifold, side goes to wastegate.

intake vacuum line is still installed!!! its a line directly under intake inlet, it has a "SINGLE" blue strip on it, this line has a pill, that RESTRICTS BOOST, replace line and your AFTERMARKET boost controller will now work,
