Fuel problems maybe...
I am having a problem with my car. Couples of weeks ago, I replaced cap and rotor, and car was running fine. I took the car for a trip and began having problems, it would just lean out and sputter on boost. I saw that the fuel pressure was dropping, so I opened up the FPR.. problem did not go away but got better.
I supposed it was a fuel pump problem, because last year I had the same problem with a Walbro and replaced it for another one. Today I replaced the pump with a brand new Denso pump, the fuel pressure was corrected, adjusted the FPR and seemed all good until I took it out for a test ride. The problem is still there. I checked all fuel and vacuum lines and everything seems to be in order.
Any ideas or suggestions?..
