GTiR ITB Vaccum points
Hey guys,

Anybody can point share some info on where do these vacuum points go if I were to install this to a u13 DET engine?

This is the 2nd pic with different vacuum points.

1-3. Run to your typical vacuum fed devices (BOV, wastegate, FPR, boost gauge, etc.).
4. Brake servo.

Pic#2
1&4. I believe is are coolant lines used to warm up the throttle bodies.
2 & 3 are connected together.

Nathan where do you put the oil line from the valve cover? the one that's from the PCV valve?

The PCV valve that comes from the valve cover by the oil cap go into a metal pipe that wraps around the fuel rail. It comes out between the fuel injectors for cylinders 2 & 3, and connected to a series of smaller interconnected vacuum lines connected on top of the throttle bodies. You can sort of see it in this pic.

If that is not clear enough, I can take a close up of it so it is easier to see. Let me know.

Great info thanks I got it. Only one more left in near the TPS or should I just block this one?

If I'm not mistaken, I think I just capped that one off. If it's important for something I'm sure somebody will chime in - but I'd say it's safe to cap.

Right now I haven't tried past 12lbs of boost. I believe I've read they can take up to about 18-20psi max, but who knows how long it will last at that amount of abuse. I haven't made it to a dyno yet, so I don't know what sort of power I'm making. I've also done a port and polish, and a number of other mods. I was shooting for around 280+. Who knows what I'll actually see.

This is what I have in the engine so far thought I share it,I was actually going to put a VE head on it but hand a bump along the way

1. port and polished head
2. Titanium valves retainers and springs (BC)
3. 86.5 mm JE pistons + Sleeves
4. Eagle rods
5. Cometic gasket
5. Blueprinted crank shaft.

I was planning on tunning the ITB with an SAFC Neo, 550cc injectors, N60, and 15psi at least. Do you think its doable with the SAFC?
