What clutch brand does everyone prefer? What do you run?
I am curious if anyone likes ACT or Clutchnet or Spec?

I currently run a clutchnet that is ridiculous for daily driving because the pedal pressure is like 100x over stock ahah. I was thinking of going with an act setup but was wondering how popular they are with everyone and what everyone runs.

What are you running? Telling us how much power your making will help.

ACT Xtreme PP with 4 puck unsprung disc. Kinda overkill, but I love it, I will change the disc to 6 puck sprung and see how it feels, But almost any disc you take, if you are using Xtreme PP you can forget about slipping clutches, unless your making a ****load of torque.

I'm running a ACT 6 puck sprung with an Exedy PP. it grips nice but with stock feel.

My left leg isn't that muscular for a HD PP.

Yea I am running clutchnet right now and have had clutchnet previous, both on turbo apps and don't really like them. I was looking into ACT to see how popular they were etc..

i eally dont recomend ACT, altho alot of ppl havent had problems with them, they just arent quality, and with that being said the ebay brands go straight out the window.......Exedy is really good quality..clutchmasters is good, but expensive...there are otherbrands that are good, but they are slipping my mind right now....i just think that ACT quality is less than par

Do you have any facts to show that ACT is less than par? I have heard nothing but awesome feedback from the Subaru world on these. Not trying to say you are wrong but I like proof to backup the claims before making a decision.

I can understand that but we aren't talking awd clutches here, they are different than fwd. I appreciate that though as I wanted to hear everything about ACT and other companies but do you have any videos similar to that with FWD SR applications?
