ssac gaskets?
Where would a guy get a SSAC gasket that goes between the primary and secondary/flex pipe?

SCE Gaskets Part Number 9400 | SCE Gaskets

holes line up perfect. Dont bother with Summit, you will be waiting a month.

^^ how long do they normally last? I used them on the catback before but never on headers.

Make my own using thin aluminium sheets ( using old gasket as template)

How many miles have you put on the car in 1.5 years?

I find it interesting some people will talk about this or that lasting forever and then you find out it's for their race car they drive once a year.

We use the SCE copper gasket.. have to replace it after about 40 to 50 track days FWIW (still better than anything else that just blows out too quickly) <-- what you need when higher in the revs like that IMHO

+1 on the SCE copper gasket. Had one on my old hotshot header and on my current SSAC header. The SCE copper gasket old hotshot saw a good 60K street miles combined with spirited driving and numerous track days along with drag racing. The new one has about 20k miles on it with even more track time and spirited driving. Never gave me any issues.
