Slipping Clutch or Speedo ?

What is the culprit?

Every time the car gets warm, this sh*t happens.

Happened on stock clutch and after Jwt PP + SE disk.

It goes back and forth, normal idle is around 950rpm. In the mornings though, it drives normal.

whens the last time you changed the rear main seal? If it is leaking,it will make the clutch slip.I have been down that road before. Now I ALWAYS put one in with a clutch....just a possibility, and total shot in the dark.
Mainly saying this since you say it has happenned with 2 clutches.

after watching the vid again.I am not sure.It seems like you are showing slow speeds for the gears,I cant tell if the clutch is slipping without driving it.
I was just throwing that lat post out there.
I have never heard of this problem before.

You are saying it only does this when warm?

From what I just seen in that video there is no clutch or speedo problem. Car looked like the idle was a bit high but that's about it.

He means that if the rear main oil seal is leaking it'll cause the clutch to slip; since oil is coating the clutch disk.

You'll still have to take off the transmission to check it. Once you have everything out you'll be able to see the condition of the clutch disk, pressure plate, and check your oil seal.

This video only shows the problem I'm having.

The car would warm up normally, idle at 950rpm. Car would drive 'normal' til a few shifts and clutch+brakes later, the rpms would jump up, and DRIVE me BNUTS!!!!

EDIT: Car would drive on avg; 5 mins normally after being warmed up, then prob occurs

Flywheel though was burnt and had a buddy resurface it.
