My crank pulley separated just exactly like that, but it did not fall out of the car. Same exact issue though, and mine was completely separated as well, once the belt came off, it fell out of the car (at mechanics shop, not on the road).

It gave me a good excuse to buy UR pullies.

I'm going to sound like a broken record here, but instead of throwing parts at it, buy yourself a Consult cable to help diagnose the issue. You'll be able to read and reset codes, and more importantly read the live data from the engine sensors including the o2 sensors.

I've thrown 3 of these when I was running my supercharger on my NX. The outer ring is held to the inner ring by a piece of 20 year old cracked and dried out rubber. Get a one piece aluminium pulley.

I've also seen the stock pully separate like that. Its not uncommon.

mine came apart at about 7000rpm on the Southern State Parkway on LI... shot out from under the car and accelerated away from me... sh!t was crazy...
