Checked the fuel pressure, and the FPR setup, and that vacuum line?

I wouldn't think your gas would go bad in a month. I also don't think anything is wrong on the fuel side if you are flooding the engine. Unless you have an injector that is stuck open.

Updated the first post with details.

Fuel pressure is at 40 psi after fuel pump primes, cranking the fuel pressure goes higher. FPR and vacuum line seem fine, I put pressure and suction on the FPR line and it seemed normal.

I'm thinking the injectors are just over flooding the engine. I just can't imagine why they would do that after being fine. It doesn't look like they are sticking open either. The pulsewidths are very thick though, mind you the battery was getting low on voltages so the ECU was probably compensating by the end of the night. I'm charging my battery right now in wife's car, will put it back and test some more tonight.

I don't buy the bad gas theory. I've had cars sit for YEARS at a time, and never had an issue due to fuel. Have you tried flashing another .bin onto the ecu for giggles. It's surprising just how wrong things can be and the car will still start. When I had problems getting the Miata started after turbocharging it, (turned out the injectors were all stuck closed because they sat on the shelf too long after cleaning), my mechanic installed the stock injectors and it started right up even though the Megasquirt was programmed for 550's.

Reason I thought it was bad gas because it would not light on fire with a torch after I took a wet spark plug and made a fuel trail on the ground. When I checked individual cylinders spark plug and fuel timing, the spark plug lit the mixture for the appropriate cylinder no problem.

Tried new bins, didn't do it. Tried stock bin, no dice. I need to check the injectors, but it's hard to do with STI's since I need to replace pig tails to use stock injectors

I don't see how it'll be the injectors either, all 4 didn't die overnight, did they? Maybe your ecu took a shit. Do you have a stock one to test with? Even with the huge difference in injectors it should start.

That's what I'm saying, it just doesn't seem logical.

I tested a whole different ECU with a Calum RT board, with a proper injector tune. No start still.

I tried to test the stock ECU, now stock is 32 bit, and I did have to do some rewiring. So I had to unplug the EGR to make sure I didn't short the ECU. But it still didn't start, though I did remember that 32bit ecu requires a chipped key and I was using a backup (so it kills the fuel pump for a few minutes). I took that ECU out and put the modded one back in. I might have to go back and try it again though.

Another thing that's leading me to injectors are flooding the cylinder is... when the car first started having the issue but still ran, I saw heavy fuel vapor in cylinder 3 only. Opening the throttle I saw fuel vapor coming out of the runners too/filled the manifold.

Now the car doesn't run at all, and fuel is not vapor but more liquid. After 5 cranks the pistons were completely wet, not deep but wet. Looking at the injectors while cranking the droplets are pretty big, even though they are squirting out not dripping out. I will adjust the tune to spray less today and see if it helps. Just seems odd that all 4 injectors would die at once.

Try cleaning all the grounds on the engine and to the chassis, I had a very similiar issue, and that fixed my problem. Not sure if it will fix yours, but it's worth a shot?

I'd pull the fuel lines from the rail for giggles, and see how the flow looks when the pump primes. Oh yeah, get a bucket to squirt the fuel in.
