Q45 throttle body???
Forgive me, this is one of those things I've never paid attention to, but what does it take to put the q45 tb on a highport? I know I'd need the tb, and tps sensor. How do you guys attach it to the manifold?

You need a custom manifold with the q45 flange or the flange changed on your stock one.

Spacer will do what you are asking, they cost about $100-500. Here's a Tomei.

Yeah I knew most people got new manifolds, I just wondered if there was an option like that spacer shown to put that big mfer on the stock manifold.

Almost every manufacturer that makes anything for the SR20DE-T makes a throttle adapter. Just do some searching and find the size you want to use. Look for the engine code though and not the car you are driving. Most SR20 parts are labeled for 200SX/240SX/Silvia.

By the way the 200SX I'm refering to is of the RWD S13 variety.

I found a decently priced one on ebay. Guess I could have a manifold port matched and just have it welded on.

Dude, just go look for the Tomei Q45 SR20 adapter plate. It's around $150. Or you can get a brand new 80-90mm billet tb for $400
