Thread: lowport10:1 swap in my nx2k

so i threw in a 10:1 lowport sr in my 91nx can any one tell me if the ecu will run the motor safely since it has a different compression ratio, and if any other mods have 2 be done. any advice would b greatly appreciated thnx

It will run the same, my ecu was swapped out with a jwt ecu with the same one

If you can get your hands on a 94 SE-R Ecu to engine harness I'd do that. Otherwise yeah you'll have to make adjustments to the harness. I believe the two grounds have to be lengthened. I have put a lowport in my 93 Se-R. I used the 94 Sentra Se-R Ecu -> Engine harness. For the second engine bay harness I'm using the 93 Se-R harness that came with the car.
