De pistons in avenir?

Will factory DE pistons clear the oil squirters in an avenir block?

No. If you look at the first piston on the left you'll see the slots that are machined into the DET piston skirts to clear the oil squirters. They're not in DE pistons skirts.

My guess is no as they weren't used in a VE or DET but it's not something I'm personally familiar with. Do some searching around, there are a lot of people on this forum that have considered high compression options.
