When I first got my car it would sit normal on idle then driving the temps would drop right down, when I replaced the thermostat it was a nismo 65deg stat I swapped it out for my standard 76.5deg nissan one and all has been well since.......

i did this on my VE and the fans did not kick in i knew it did a while back but now its not happening and, when my coolant temp is plugged in, my car overheats more faster than when its not plugged in.

That's prob because the ecu is dumping a crapload of fuel and is in sort of a limp mode. Have you checked your car with a consult cable to see wha the ecu is seeing as far as a temp? It could be in the fan circut itself, between the ecu, fan relay, and asociated wiring. It could also be your ecu, I've seen a b13 with a
fried fan circut in the ecu before. Maybe test the relay end?
