New People Please Read Before Posting
Welcome to the SR20-Forum.com!

Here are a few suggestions for you to look at before pressing that pesky Submit New Thread/Submit Reply buttons

What is this place?
This is a forum for car enthusiasts and Nissan's SR engine enthusiasts. This forum consists of a lot of smart and useful people that will usually help you with most of your problems, from engine swaps to relationship problems , as long as you ask politely, use proper grammar and avoid the common internet slang that I will cover below.

There are forum members from all over the world. Please be polite

What is this place NOT?
A place to come and talk about Street Racing. Street racing is dangerous and can lead to fatal consequences. You will be banned for posting street racing stories or videos!

Most of the forum members enjoy the performance side of our cars. Cosmetic modifications are accepted for the most part, as long as they are clean and are not "ricey". If your car falls under the category of being "ricey" that doesn't mean your not allowed to be here, it just means you better put on your flame suit because a lot of people won't like what you did to your car .

This not a place for spam and other advertisement, unless you are selling merchandise for our cars. In that case you might need to look into getting the Vendor status.

Some Posting Guidelines:
Before posting anything please make sure your post abides by the following guidlines.

Use the correct Section - Make sure you post in the correct section. If you are unaware where you should post, then post in the General SR20 or Off Topic

Avoid Duplicate Posting - Avoid creating duplicate threads. If you created a thread and it is in a wrong section, please ask one of the moderators to move it to the correct section. If duplicated threads are created, they will be closed/deleted without notice.

NWS - (Not Work Safe) threads/content needs to be labeled as NWS. DO NOT embed any NWS images!

Search before you post!

No NWS pictures as Avatars - A good number of forum members browse these forums at work.

Be Friendly and Patient - Sometimes it might take a day or two for someone to help you with your particular issue. We all have lives, families, and our own cars to worry about.

No racial slurs, or offensive terms - We have people on this forum from all ethnic backgrounds, religions, and sexual preferences. We just ask that you think before you type.

No Political Debates - This is not CSPAN

No Pirating or Posting/Requesting of Warez - Lets keep it legal guys

Cussing - Keep the cussing to the minimum. If you can't help yourself, then the filter will block those words.

Text Size, Color, and Fonts - Please use the default text size, color, and font. You can use different sizes, fonts, and colors when you are using them properly and for technical writeups. Using anything but the default for every day posting will open you to being flamed.

Signatures - Signature pics have been disabled, most likely they will never be allowed. No complaining about that!
Please keep your signature relatively short. Having to scroll down twenty pages just to see the next post is not acceptable!

Quoting - Please do NOT quite posts/threads with a lot of pictures that are embedded. If you do decide to quote a post/thread with embedded pictures, please removed the "" code from around the URL to the image. This will make the image appear as a normal link.

Common Internet Slang to Avoid

Please use the correct spelling and grammar - We are all educated people, there is even a spell checker built into your browser, if you are using Mozilla Firefox 2.0+. Please clearly state, or do your best to describe what your question is.

Please use the proper punctuation and use spaces and returns (for new paragraphs). This will help us understand what's your question without having a headache after deciphering through your text.

Random Capitalization - This is by all means not tolerated and makes your post hard to read. If you use this type of writing, expect your question to be ignored.

1337 Speak - Do not use this for everyday posting.

Ebonics - This falls more under the proper grammar rule above. Please do not use Ebonics for everyday posting.

Buying and Selling
Purchase and Sell items at your own risk! The SR20-Forum cannot be liable for any issues that may arise. Please do your homework on that individual before purchasing.

Please check the Seller Blacklist and User Feedback section before buying or selling anything. If you have a doubt about a person, then post a new thread asking if anyone dealt with that individual in the past.

Please check the iTrader Rating for that individual on the www.sr20forum.com. This is temporary until a local iTrader system is setup here.

Bumping Your For Sale Thread - You are allowed to bump your thread only once a day.

Regional For Sale Items - You are allowed to post your for sale item only once in your regional section and no where else.

B13 Nx2000

You missed the Rnn14 designation .

Also since we have a S chassis section, S13, s14 should probably be included in the chassis list.

Yeah, now we need to get all the new people to sign off on this so that for the time they are on this forum they cannot do those things
