Thread: Shifting issues

Just got my car on the road p10 with a det swap but pretty much stock. the issue im having is sometimes i have to force the car into gears it not smooth like how it should be. just wondering if there maybe something i need to change. I installed a short shifter, new clutch kit, and i have an lsd tranny if that helps

i heard that's what it is but i tried searching for them and i couldn't find a place that sold them do you have any idea where i can buy some from

did you Overtighten the short shifter??

I did at first because i over tighten it i couldn't even move the stick. Ever since i loosing the bolt it moves freely but i i have to use throw it into gear with my full force.

The shift linkage bushing were gone so I bought some polyurethane bushings gonna install them this week and let everyone how how it worked out.
