Thread: Fog light fuse keeps blowing

Here's what happened. I was changing the bulbs on my friends fog lights... the driver side went just fine and everything turned on. when i did the passenger, fuse blew when i switched the foglights on. and it blew it again even after i took out the bulb (thinking it might be the bulb). im gonna take the assembly out tonight and im just looking for advise on what might have happened. i see that there is a ground wire on there that i might have pulled. but im just looking for more advise from you guys.

look for bad ground. make sure all ur clips for the fog lights are clean any dirt or oil will make a bad connection

check the wiring. check for shorts or badly connected wires.
