AC Lines for Turbo
My so called 93 NX line took a crap, it was an R12 line and it was leaking. When I was tightening the R134 adapter the nipple broke off haha.

Well I'm looking for a new AC line. I'm going to probably go to the stealership tomorrow and try to get a real 93 NX line (should be R134). But I remembered something about the GA16DE AC line.

I've been searching but can't seem to even find a good picture, thus resorting to ask, will the GA AC line fit? Will it clear the T25 Avenir JPipe?

Thanks!

It can fit, but needs a little tweaking. I bought one that was already modified. I like the 1.6 line because of the way its routed.

The original 2.0 line

Actually, looking at another pic, it may not clear the J pipe:

It still does the loop around like the regular B14 line.

The regular '93 NX1600 line should clear the j-pipe. I actually have one right here in front of me and it is routed like this pic serban posted, but without the silly little loop. It just goes strait up and toward the passenger side. (EDIT: NX1600 line not NX2000)

The part number is: 92480-64Y05

routed like this:

But without this:

Oh never mind then, that probably wont work too well with the J Pipe haha.

Hey Will, is that line R134 or did it need a retrofit kit? If I'm gonna buy something at the stealership it better be well worth it and 100% perfect from the get go.

Here is my stock line vs the NX line that I had.

And here is the carnage...

Infact, it does clear the J Pipe. Remember you bought that A/C Line from me....

I had this A/C line on my car when I was running a T25 Set-up.

should be r134. The line is unlike either one in your pic, it comes strait up like the NX line you have, but then runs straight across the top of the compressor toward the passenger side then up like serbans 1.6 line.

This one I have is still new in the wrapper with the part number on it from when I worked at a stealership in '04.... somehow a/c always seems less important than other stuff.... i'm so lazy

Oh, I didn't know you ran it with the T25.

I just snapped you a picture of what it looks like, this would be looking from the front of the car: best of both worlds

Wow! I got the part number, will see if our stealership has it. I need this before Friday otherwise I wont get the pleasure of driving my car in the DC traffic and wearing in the clutch.
