There's tons of info on VE heads and boost. It will raise your compression slightly. You'll have to tap the back of the head and feed it oil. I assume a 370 ecu is a bluebird or avenir. You shouldn't have to do much else for 10psi. Find a way to trigger vvl also.

Don't bother with the vvl head the hp gains won't be much for the $ and work. Cams on your current setup would be cheap and easy or even better a turbo upgrade with real management. I'm not sure what motor your running now but you said de head so I'll go with that. The stock de is very safe at 350hp, the det is good for 450hp 500+ on race gas.

It's a $ to hp ratio and a vvl head won't net the most bang for your buck.

That's true. And with a t2 turbo setup your going to need a set of vet cams to help with the reversion. The stock det turbine housing is also too small and will choke at higher rpms where the ve is designed to run best.

Your injectors are way to small for the set up your planning to run. You will be limited to about 8psi of boost with those and even then the duty cycle will be maxing out. You should get a set of 550cc injectors and a computer or safc to run them along with a n60 or n62 maf. With the setup above and the right tuning you should be around 300hp at 15psi.
