B13 se-r gauges install in dash vents
Now I have your attention, anyone who has done this and still has the vents...I'd like them if you wanna part with them. Thanks.

Why in the vents? Depeding on what gauges you go with they will fog up in certain conditions

I just want the vents, lol! I removed mine years ago temporarily but now I've FINALLY finished what I was doing, I misplaced my vents to put back in the dash.

But to answer your question, MANY guys have done it. I've seen it done in the radio and cubby slot too. In the vents you don't have to sacrifice your radio or cubby. I would assume guys just don't use the vents...I've simply had my a/f uego stuffed in one of the vents for years. I personally never use my vents anyway, only floor or defrost.

And I posted this here because I've received more views here in the last hour already than my post from last night in the WTB section.

Been racking my brain since you posted Jonny...maybe I'm imagining guys have put them in the vents. I dunno. I'll wind up at a junk yard and toss the guy probably $5 knowing him. Knowing this guy, he may just tell me take em. This guy doesn't even use a computer and knows where damn ear every car can be found and what transfers to what!

Always wanted to do this...even more now that the car is strictly a summer beast

It makes sense to me seeing I never use my vents anyway, lol! Seeing I built my own dash mount gauge pod and now have a hole in my dash for wires...I won't be doing this anytime soon...although I do still want the vents for interior aesthetics.
