My nx2k dyno. Let me get some input from you guys.
Took my car to Matt Shue this past weekend and let him work his magic. He was able to squeeze out 330hp, 294tq. My setup is as follows:

99 sr20de
18G Greddy Turbo @ 12psi
1000cc inj, 3 bar.
s4 cams
NismotronicSA
GM 3Bar map
E85
External gate
3"exhaust

In the higher RPM, the map sensor was reading some funky pressures. Fluctuating from 8-14 psi. We tried 3 different sensors at 2 different locations. We compared a pull I did before I installed the cams, and I had a smooth increase in boost vs. the choppy readings after the cams. We suspect valve float was holding us back. Alll in all, I think it turned out well. I have a few things to work on for next year, have a baby due soon.

Torque monster. What are you using to Controll the boost? What spring is in the gate? Can you hear car fluctiate on the top?

Using a 44mm Tial wastegate with a 12lb spring. My solenoid wasn't working or we would have turned up the boost. The building was a damn echo chamber, only thing I could hear over the exhaust was the dyno rollers.

Nice solid numbers! Any vids of the car on the street?

Nothing yet. A few changes I want to make before I do anything serious with it. Who knows, I may take it out this weekend and see what she can do.

Valve float starting at 5500rpms? Something is fishy right around 5500. What are your plugs gapped at? Your map might not be the problem it's just doing it's job and picking up readings from elsewhere.

Matt gapped them at .022, we used new NGK7's. I agree though. I'm going to put in some supertech springs to be on the safe side, new wastegate spring, get the boost solenoid working, upgrade fuel system, v band mandrel 3" from the turbo. That should fix whatever is going on.

check the map sensor harness. I had one do weird things and Ben and I found there was a bad crimp on the pin in the connector. It acted fine out of the box but then started to fluctuate while the engine was off.
