Sr20det e85 + boost
Hey all, few questions, regarding E85, and the SR20DET.

Just sold my GTX3582r with when bolted to my worked Sr20 pumped out an easy, 526hp - 20psi @ 8300rpm on 98ron,

653hp on 26psi @ 8500rpm on power plus 110ron.

Now moving to a GTX3076R with
E85 FUEL.

Not sure exactly what rear housing to use yet, just want it more streetable. As the 35 came on hard as F**K at 4800rpm and ramped to 8000 almost instantly.

Wondering how many of you guys have used E85 and what problems you have encountered and what rear housing would suit best for my set up.

Currently this is what I've got.

Twin bosch 044's, 1/2 fuel line to rail, 3/8 to reg and tank, G reddy intake match ported, 70mm throttle body, 1600cc injectors, BC 272 cams/retainers/springs, adjustable cam gears, MLS head gasket, ported head, rocker stoppers, 1mm oversize valves, boost 6 manifold T3, 44mm tial gate,
CP forged pistons, SPOOL H beam rods, Darton Sleeves, arp head studs and Rod bolts, haltech Sport 1000ecu

Currently a GTX3582r but going to a GTX3076R
To eliminate lag.

Let me know of any thoughts/experience
I'm aiming for around the 400+rwkw mark.

Cheers Adam.

Ok, next question, what the lag like between .63 and .82? Anyone know?

Lag/Fuel load will prob offset itself between the 1600CC on the 35 and the 1600CC on the 30 with a .82. Your power goal will be no problem.

Okay, so you think it will spool Up better with the Gtx3076r with a .82 than it does with the .63 on the GTx3582r?

It's a tough call, head is heavily ported, among other mods. If it's ramping up About 3000rpm ish I'll be happy.

Will the .63 cause any issues up top on the x3076?

In all honesty, your lag will be reduced with E85 for the simple fact that you can run much more timing lower in the RPM range. This increased timing lower down will help the turbo spool by a good amount!

The dyno graph below over in New Zealand. The below is a comparison between the GTX3076r vrs GT3076r. You can extrapolate your results from here. I am not sure on what fuel was ran, but I suspect E85 fuel. Also, a full 500NM of torque and 17.5 psi by about 3650 RPM is VERY good for a big ol' T3 based setup! You are getting into T2 territory here

^^ A few more psi, and I have a feeling you would see your 400KW mark

You may or may not move the graph to the right slightly, but I do not have a compressor map infront of me, so not sure on which island say 20 psi falls on
