SR20DET Build Advice
Good Afternoon Guys\Girls

I basically ready to start my SR20DET build on my other sentra.

What I want from the build is a reliable, quick turbo that can be used daily if need be.

This will be in a N14 Chassis


Spec List:

SR20DET FWD W10
- VE Oil Pump – Collected
- VE Oil Pump Drive – Collected
- VE Oil Pick-up – Still to order
- VE Chain Tensioner – Collected
- VE Water Pump- Collected
- Both Chain guides (new) - Still to be ordered

JWT S4 Cams – Collected
NISTune – Collected
N62 MAF – Collected
Gspec Under Drive pulleys – Collected
BMC DIA Intake -Collected
440CC Side Feed Injectors – Collected
GTI-R Exhaust Manifold - Collected
GTI-R Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield - Still to be ordered
S15 Spec-R (GT2560R) Turbo – GT2860RS Comp wheel to be fitted – Collected
AEM Wide Band – Collected
Mocal Oil Cooler – Collected
Poly Mounts - Still to be ordered
MishiMoto Rad – Still to be ordered
F1 Stage 3 , Flywheel, clutch kit - Still to be ordered
Intercooler Kit - Collected
76mm (3 inch) Exhaust

Might be missing a few parts here and there, Not looking for a full out drag monster just a good reliable turbo with minimal lag .

Please any advice is welcome

n16/b15 70a/v transmission.
nismo/cusco lsd.
6kg fly,with good quality clutch.
3 inch exhaust.
this looks great.should hammer...

I would stay away from that F1 clutch if it is the ebay version. Also I would bump up on your injector size. Other wise, good list of parts!

Um, disco potato plus cams means you will need more injector like Ben said unless you plan to run low boost all the time. At least go to 555cc or 740cc injectors for the head room and safety factor.

Good Morning Guys

Thank you for the advice, But I had a look at the injectors I got and I suspect they aren’t the S15 Type-R injectors I was told but I have done a google search and can’t find anything that matches the exact part number.


Type: Side Feed
Colour: Yellow
Part number: A46-Z00 000383623

Any Idea’s

sti injectors with walbro fuel pump to match

If u are using a w10 turbo block with the VE Oil pump, u might want to order a GTIR Oil pick up tube, fits like a charm, the ve pick up tube does not fit the awd turbo oil pan. I just did this. You can order the gtir pick up brand new on ebay($90)Good luck with the build.

s15 injectors are redish brown. Post up some pictures of the injectors you have. sti's are yellow and so are tomei 555cc.

So are nismo injectors. I'm using this same setup but it BC cams and I'm around 320-330whp. My STi's are 80-85% duty cycle. I suggest 740's.
