Sucks man, exactly why when I get my 6262 that im going with the BB unit. People seem to have much better luck and i havent seen any of the BB versions blow up. But i have read countless threads on the journal bearing 6262, 6765, 6768's blowing up but none on the BB turbos.

While the BB ones cant be rebuilt, i would rather have that extra spool and longevity if this is the case.

Still by far cheaper than a garrett. lol.

My turbo is JB and I never had a problem and I had it over a year running on my car.
PTE is definitely the best bang for your buck.

Wasn't there an article on pte and another turbo manufacturer having problems with shafts coming loose? I think the pte turbo with garrett chra were the ones that wasn't coming apart. Im not sure, somebody correct if I am wrong, I think ashton posted the link in another thread, I don't know I can't remember, I can't even remember what I had for lunch today. So correct if im wrong don't want to throw misleading information out there.
