a 240SX SR20VE-T from Germany
Hi Guys,

thanks to coheeds help my SR20VE-T runs nicely now in my street 240SX S14a: I did almost 2000 miles withing the last 6 weeks without any issues. My mapping gets better and better, but still a long way to go.
Here is a little video accelerating on the autobahn @18 psi: (I released the gas pedal @ 170mph (gps measured). Not bad for a tiny GT2871 on stock DET manifold:

I wish i could rev higher as the motor really likes high revs

I will put it on the dyno soon and come back with updates and some pics of the car

Wow, that thing shifts. That Nurburg video is brilliant, is that the same car pre VET?

What are you using to map? PFC?

I remember doing that

Amazing how stabil these cars can be at speed. Incredible if you ask me. But looks really good. Gotta be making really good power!

I use PFC with the Knock Warning Set quite Low.

The Video from the nordschleife was from my White Track-spec s14 with à DET. I plan to go under 8 minutes for the entire lap (Bridge to gauntry 7:40) with my New KW competition and à gt3071 and toyor888. but Car is Standing still waiting for rb25det tranny swap. After 7 Stock gearboxes in 1,5 Years :-(

my vet s14 is stable at high Speeds, thats right, but Main reason is the Perfect autobahn i use for those Runs, its 8 Miles Straight with all New surface, you can go very fast and almost Fall asleep :-)

Did you use the 20V CAS for the head swap or some other method.

Yes, 20vcas including cutting the Fire Wall :-(

That is impressive. I am in the middle of doing this swap myself on my s13. Did you use a s14 det? It is my understanding that with a s13 redtop there is no need to cut the firewall, the 20v cas fits back there perfectly.

At any rate, bravo for building an incredible machine.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch! Ich möchte Ihr Auto.
