My DE with a a Avenir T25 and Highport cam in a lowport with 3"DP to 2.5" exhaust beat my buddies evo on the highway. He had a tune and exhaust. I put down 210hp he put down 250ish maybe a little more. My gearing killed his even in a b14 tranny. Now it's a different story that he's making 344 to the wheels hahah

I have a friend with a stroker EJ25 in has hawkeye STI , with 1200cc inj. and a twin scroll GT40R it is retarded fast , and eats gearboxs like cherios

At 15psi yeah, you will run out of fuel.. get some s15 480cc. That's what I ran w my old gti-r set up. Those inuj are sweet, side feed plug right in and at four bar you won't need to worry w your t28

My T28 is about maxing out my 520cc injectors on stock boost (3 bar base fuel pressure). =/

Bgreen it seems reliability is def. a big deal for you. If money isn't too much of an issue, I think a VE on stock cams coupled with the disco would make an ideal DD and one hell of a punisher down low and through the midrange, which is where you need it most. If funds are tight I say refeshen a DE with some new rings and bearings, change pistons if needed and the money you you would've used for a new disco and VE, you get some S4's and a T28. Now that's a simple setup that would be reliable and LOTS of fun, which to me is MOST important. No sense making Gobbs of HP if everytime you drive the car **** breaks...That isn't fun to me. Either way, good luck and keep us updated with whatever you choose.

chip that's what I'm deff leaning towards...the latter option..i know marsh has a gtir turbo layin around I can probably snake off him..i already have a motor that I could do the necessary freshening up to...im just to make this painless as possiable by doing it right..knowing my goals...and actually not overthinking it.

Explain? I'm at 16 psi on my gtir T28, and the AF looks good on. I have yellow side feed sti injectors by the way.
