It looks like the spool is about the same to me, not a real noticeable difference. You prob wouldn't even feel the diff from inside the car, except the 16VE cams hit a lot harder.

Ca18 is right Coheed this is 3gear vs 4gear.... I will do dyno just for you guys this week to 8000 rpm I pretty much think that it will have a 6200 to 8000 500whp very flat... I also play alot with the timing in the 6000-6400 area where my rpm drops in each gear that is why you see and increase the torque..,you can see the torque from 5000rpm to 7300rpm its very flat in the 3gear (14lbs)dyno on the first page .

Here is a good comparo except for the boost 16lbs for the sr20ve cams and 14lbs for the sr16....( I will do a 3gear pull on 16lbs to make this dynos equals this week and see a real test)

We can not compare the spool here ... since I switch the sr20ve cams at 4500 rpm and the sr16 at 3200rpm... I will do next week at 4500 to see a real comparo...

toward the end of the page will have his 4th gear untuned vs 3rd gear with 20ve cams. So you can compare that to the 16ve you posted

the cams are a drop in. I would also like to ad that the dyno I use is a load type that is why you see a earlier spool like on the street.. on a dynojet its a little diff but if you want I can dyno on a "jet" too.

Im pretty exited to try the VET and n1...I hope at the end of this month I will have the n1 cams here..
and if Ca18 can send the vet cams I will play with this ones too.
What I think will be very sweet setup in a RWD is.
3071 0.78 with the vet cams this thing will have a almost instantanly spool in perfect for road race or track...
Cheers.
I can not wait to have the build motor and 9000 rpm to play with cams..

I would like to ad if you take a carefull look at the last dyno ( sr16 cams) you will notice that if I can keep up the boost to 16lbs the power will peak at 7500+ rpm .. make a line in the torque line and you actually see the increase at the end of the dyno even the boost is almost 1lbs low...( forget about the incrase in torque at 6200 rpm I did that intencionally)

yeah we dont really have dynojets here first time i saw one i was like, crap that thing only has 1 roller....wtf as if it doesnt jump off. Dynodynamics are the most common, some privileged shops have the honor of owning a mainline

yeah you will be getting the vet cams, i have already paid for them. I will only send via normal post though as aussie to usa would be quite expensive via express i would think. so maybe 2-3 weeks. Ill send ya a pm for address to send them to aswell.

i think there are a few people that cant wait for your built bottom end.
