i know of someone running 20v cams with your turbo and a .64 t3 housing. He gets full boost very very early. His way of describing the power delivery was like a worked v10. This guy is no stranger to crazy setup either

^Interesting. Sounds like it can get out of it's own way

I would like to see the VET cams and the N1 and the 20V cams please

JP is my testing hero, what do I owe you for all this info?

Comparison of the 20ve cams and 16ve cams on same boost.

Certainly looks like the 16VE cams are better all around eh? Faster spool than the 20VE cams and more power.

It is interesting to see how the backpressure is increasing, but it makes sense that BP will increase because you are flowing 50whp more air at that same boost pressure. Have you tried removing the exhaust or getting a larger downpipe?

If I could see results like this from my car with a broad powerband up to 8000-8500rpm or so I would love it. It would be rediculous, but this turbo prob wont do more than 475whp up at my altitude. I guess we will have to see though. New CHRA is on the way!

i think you might be comparing 3rd gear 20ve's to 4th gear 16ve's

Really? Hrm, that kinda sucks if so. I wonder how the N1 cams will look. Snickers has said they peak way way late, like 8500rpm or so. I would like to see because right now JP is peaking pretty early with the SR16 cams.

Yeah certainly looks like he is tunning to bring power in early. Dont know if he is messing with cam gears or anything, but it is certainly peaking very early.

toward the end of the page will have his 4th gear untuned vs 3rd gear with 20ve cams. So you can compare that to the 16ve you posted
