Clutch Cable Snapped now its stuck in 4th gear
So the clutch cable snapped as i was driving in 4th gear slowing down when i was about to take it of 4th gear to put it in neutral the pedal went all the way in and clutch cable snapped. The car bogged hard and it stalled. now the car is stuck in 4th gear with it even being off i still cant take it out of 4th gear. i just ordered a new cable and it will be picking it up today after work and will replace it in. ill post pics when i get home.

Question is has anyone ever had this problem or had this happened to them? What can be wrong with the car? Any help would defiantly be appreciated.

Rear motor mount? I know when my oem one went it sat the transmission on the shifter rods and forced it into 4th.

I got to work on it yesterday for a bit. found 1 bolt was broken off and 2 bolts where missing.
I did manage to change out the cable and jacked the tranny up a bit to support it and i was able to take it out of 4th gear.So now clutch cable is fixed, still jot to take that broken screw out and replace it with the new screws i got yesterday.
i need to go buy a bolt extractor now at an auto parts store today after work.
