Exedy oem replacement clutch
hey all, i have searched and searched and went through like 15 pages of posts. I have a 96 200sx se-r it has s3 cams, intake, exhaust, header, 2 piece pully set, jwt pop program ecu as far as power mods. I had to have my tranny off the car and the clutch is at that delicate point that i should address it. now the question is can i get away with the exedy oem clutch kit? it is my daily driver and in the 6 years i have had it i have never launched. i have the speed 3 for all that the se-r serves as the daily but does see redline. i gather from the threads on this topic it can hold but want feed back from people who a know more (everyone) b have experience with this.

but yeah looking for a good daily driver clutch for not a ton of hp and this one is like 110 shipped to my door.

For your needs it should be fine.

1) Horsepower has nothing to do with choosing a clutch. The sooner this sinks in, the better.

B) You're probably not much above stock torque output, so anything of good quality should hold for you, including OEM replacements or cheaper alternatives. I have no experience with cheap, so I tend to not recommend it.

III) 2000 B15 (SE) Valeo clutch disc with JWT PP: http://www.sr20-forum.com/driveline/74935-let-s-talk-clutches.html#post992396
