Finally got my t25 b14 into the 8s in the 1/8th
Ive been hunting 8s for some time now and if it wasnt one issue it was another. I read up on the forum about riding the clutch a tad and playing with the throttle to get a better launch and it really helps out. My first run of the night i beat my best of 9.07 with a 9.05 @82. my second run of the night i ran 8.91 @ 83mph. Heres a vid against a guys srt4 on slicks, this thing spikes 23psi under 3krpm and makes torque like theres no tomorrow! lol

Thanks man! You commented on a guys thread telling him how to get a better launch and i took that advice. Seat time always makes it better, my rear struts are also giving up on me, you can see it squat like a stripper in the vids.

More practice! 1/8 mi racing is all about the launch. whats your R/T? I may be wrong, but looking at the vid and watching the lights; it seems like you are waiting for the green. If that is the case, try letting out on that last yellow before the green.

yea you can only get off the line so fast on street tires. I think the launch control could help you some. good job on the times tho. 2.2 60' on street tires is good!
