Didnt even get one run
track was feeling sticky and I was expecting good numbers.

The rear engine mount bracket

Im guessing either the other bolts were loose or missing and just the one was holding it together but it didnt hold
bent the bolt and broke the case.

Ill have another bellhousing on the way with new bolts soon.

For reference:

You only had one bolt holding the transmission/bellhousing on?

(Im talking about on the rear mount)
looks that way. Im sure the 17mm bolt is still at the top, but the other 14mms around the axle dont seem to be there. Im guessing they came loose?

Where exactly are we talking about? Where the passenger side axle enters the transmission by the rear engine mount?

For a second there is sounded like you said the transmission was held onto the engine by only 1 of the 10 bolts.

Damn that sucks. That area takes a pounding during wheel hop and launches. Sorry dude. I guess it's pretty important to make sure all those bolts are in. I know people who leave out a couple of those because they are hard to get to. Don't do that when you put it back together. =D

I know that all but one were in, i guess they just worked their way out, i probably didnt tighten them enough...

You dont want to drive up and change the bellhousing do you?

Should i need anything else besides the bellhousing and the bolts?
(never been inside a trans yet so I dont know if there are any parts that cant be reused when I get it apart)

Sorry to hear about the housing. At least its nothing to bad though. Give me a call next time you run and we can line up. Im tired of beating mustangs all day.
