Tried to run some drag radails......
Well friday night I took my basically stock 91 se-r to the track, and tried running my BN Nitto dr's and ....well I didn't do very well to say the least. The best time I git was a 15.5@90 with a 2.2 60ft, the other I slipped all the way through 2nd.

I wanted to try them out before the car gets boosted next week or so, but I dont think I had enough power to heat them up

Any pointers?? recommended tire pressure? Will more power from the boost help? Any help is appreciated

i hear the nittos suck.. i was gonna get them but after some research i've changed my mind..

a basicly stock se-r doin 15.5 @ 90 isnt that bad dude.. i think the clutch slipping issue is whats killing your 60ft an maybe some of your et..

going boost again eh? lol

Yeah, but it's what fits on my nx rims. Anyway I wanted to practice with them before I run it boosted which should be in about 2 weeks!

start at 12psi and work your way down. make sure you sit in the box and get them nice and hot.

make sure you stay OUT of the water with radials. Do a long burnout, but you really only wanna be in the water if your running slicks. And 12psi sounds pretty good for radials, tho I'm not sure I would wanna go too much lower.

20psi on the Nitto's is not that bad

15.5 is a good time anyway for a stock SE-R
