We had one of these at school (UTI) where it was completely sealed with the expection of a exhaust that exited at the top of the building and a fresh air fan than blew air onto the cars radiator. I have also seen an Engine dyno where the room is pretty much bomb proof. The shop builds race V8's all day and if something goes wrong at 9500 they don't want to have to worry about safety. If you really think about it any dyno should be setup like this to stop noise complaints and make it safer for everyone. I love crowding around and watching for than magic number to flash across the screen but now that I think about it... it doesn't seem all that safe in the event of an emergency.

I don't know if you were trying to cover the license plate, but pic #8 clearly shows the number.

Xenofraud (Chris Harris specifically) bought homemadeturbo.com from Jeff, and gave his word that he'd never sell it. This was important to the user base, as we are a VERY tight knit communtiy, and didn't want it to look like honda tech, ads everywhere, crazy nazi moderation, etc.. Chris tried at first to revamp the site, sell ad space, and other stuff. Everyone flipped out on him for it, and he left things as they were. He then (noone knew at the time) started trying to find a buyer for the site.He found Rick P (Richard P.) to do just that. He sold it to Rick for ALOT more than he bought it for. Xeno only got it so cheap b/c Jeff BELIEVED the man's WORD that he would NEVER sell out, or commercialize it. The first chance he got to make a buck off of it, he sold. He sold out our HOME, for a few bucks. He betrayed a couple thousand of us, and gave our home to some guy that only wanted to commercialize it and then flip it himself. That backfired on him BAD.
Rick P thought that since he bought the site, he bought the user base. He was wrong. We "revolted". Created another site, and pulled ALL of our tech articles, and rehosted pics, everything. Rick got left high and dry with a site that is 10 x's worse than honda tech about n00b retards asking the same dumb questions over and over. Go look for yourself. There is very little real tech there now. The original members banded together and created another site, brought our tech info, pics, and projects, and our pride and attitude. The original's are denoted with an OG title, and basically run the site. We are completely self sustaining, and moderating. Our site (depending on which site you go to) is worth 10's the amount of the original homemadeturbo.com site. But we made it so that no 1 person can sell it. It's hosted on an OG member's server, owned by another, and archived by quite a few.
All in all, Chris Harris sold out his friends after giving his worthless word that he would never do that. He sold all of us to some guy trying to make a buck off of us, and OUR tech and OUR ingenuity. That is what our site is ALL about, tech and ingenuity. Chris cared nothing about us, cared nothing about his word, or reputation, and traded it all for a few thousand bucks. He has lost more money than he made b/c of the bad publicity, and attack that was unleashed on him (all legal, but his name was run into the ground).
He is a good tuner. I will give him that. But his ethics are horrid, and I hope you never need to question anything he does, because he won't care. He has betrayed people, not honored warranties, and even tried to retaliate for the slander of name b/c of what happened. (by not sending OG's things they had previously ordered.). His word means absolutely nothing, and if there are any other tuner's around you, I would HIGHLY advise trying them out. Do not support this douchebag, he will stab you in the back if it will benefit him.
