ok does anyone know for sure what the rule is on this. i know that you need to have a switch on your power to the batter if you have your batt located in the trunk, or the inside of the car. but what if its been relocated to a diff place inside the engine bay? or what if you have mounted it in the fender....? anyone know.

Cory, as far as I know you only need the switch if its in the trunk. I had mine relocated in my engine bay and I had no issues passing tech. As long as it has the proper tie down you are cool.
