Default can you modify a JWT modified ECU

I am currently running a JWT ECU, and they have been falling a little flat on the tech support end of things, I would like to be able to do more diagnostic and dyno tuning work with te car, can you work with a previously modified ecu?

Sort of. Just use the JWT program as a base on a Realtime.

Buuuuuut... the problem problem probably isn't the ecu. That program should run just fine.

If you want, send me the ecu and I can tell you exactly what its programmed for.

Cool, I will have the shop call you for details; I think JWT may have it programmed for the wrong injectors. I went from stock DET injectors to MSD 72#/hr injectors, and I changed the MAF/turbo/cams, JWT was supposed to have reprogrammed it, but they may have gotten it wrong. If they did will the Realtime be able to make the changes needed to fix the problem?
