These are all straight drop-in tank? I'm interested in the aem and DW.. need this soon

Yes they are all drop intank pumps. They dont require fp adjustments but you can if needed.

Dose the AEM 310 have warranty? Do they come with the strainer if so is it a 45 degree one?

Yes they have a 12 month warranty on their products. It comes with a standard filter.
