Default My high CR build

Figured I'd start this thread out on the new forum. I'm just waiting on a free day at my shop so I can swap my high CR motor build into my baby (93 sentra se-r)

My setup is:
sr16ve pistons w/ Swain coated dome and friction treated skirts.
CS adjustable cam gears
BC stage 3 cams
BC springs and retainers
3 Angle Valve Job
Polish
333 cc sr20ve injectors
Fidanza 10 lb flywheel
UR underdrive pulleys (crank, WP, Alt)
CS Power Steering delete kit
JWT ECU
Sentra E Manual rack
Exedy stage 1 clutch kit
Intake manifold thermospacer
All this is going in a sr20de block with sr20de internals
I can't wait to get her in and see if she runs!

Video HERE!

What kind of headers are you going to be running on it? Also, WAI or CAI?

I've got a place racing CAI and will be running a hotshot header, into 2.25" test pipe, into megan racing catback. I know I could see some gains by going up to 2.5" exhaust, but I am trying to keep noise levels kind of reasonable.

Noise levels rely more on muffler choice etc. Piping size doesn't make as much of a difference. ACTUALLY on my car when I moved up in piping size it got quiter. That was until I went to the 3" turndown anway.

Interesting. I think the car already sounds goods with the megan racing catback and JWT S3s in my sr20de with all the bolt ons, I will look into a larger exhaust, I know the car would love a 2.5" exhaust with the high CR and the bumpy cams.

I thought it was advertised as 2.25", but I will measure it next time I have my car up in the air.

My old 2.5 exhaust, though made by my local exhaust shop, was 2.5 even through there. Plenty of room so I don't see why they would bother making it smaller.
