Red top cams on a de

I have a set of cams off my red top.will they be an upgrade on my de?

Exhaust cam is the same, intake cam is smaller on the DET

Yes. You are better off with the high port cams.

I usually use High-port cams as a cheap/free upgrade for the RWD Red-top SR20DE-T.
