Pitting in cam lobe... Safe?

So I just bought some used s4 cams, and I just had them polished. After doing so, it revealed some slight pitting on a few of the lobes right at the top. My question is, how safe are they to run? Thanks in advance for any help!

I wouldn't worry about it as long as the surface from end to end is overall flat. Plus, consider them oil pockets for improved lubrication!
