Any other modifications with this??Need any port polish and head gasket change or ECU program or the stock stuffs are ok??

Yes, ECU re-tune is highly recommended. It wont make a sense to do this without tune...

Oopps, didn't see the ecu part. But yes, a tune at the minimum.

You will be bumping the compression from 9.5:1 to 11.8:1 thats a lot, you will need a retune, and i would recomend to use cams to get the most of the high compression.

if the compression is too high it could lead to detonation.

Big cams. good ass header. Bigger tb and port matched intake. good tune. good gas.
