Thread: My lastest dyno

So last saturday i went to the dyno, these are my mods:
SR20DE Lowport
-3" WAI with new K&N filter
-SSAC Header with 2.5" crush bend muffler with flowmaster silencer
-Highport cams
-Aeromotive FPR
-NGK BKR6E-11 spark plugs
-Old NGK spark plug cables
-Costum made Grounding kit
-Stock ECU
-Z32 Fuel filter

I got 142whp and 126ft/lb of torque, this was on the first run as the next ones didnt got any numbers because the dyno was not reading rpms from my car, probably because of the old spark plug cables. I think that it is a little lean, so with cleaned inyectors, a little more gas to get the AFR close to 13:1 and new spark plug cables i think i can get it closer to 145whp adn 130ft/lb of torque.



Any thoughts?

Id recommend getting ur afr in check. Add in s4 cams, youll pick up nearly 10whp. After that youll be happy. Then you can save up for a ve .

Looks pretty healthy. Also, what changes were made on these dyno runs, picked up huge up top!

The blue line was without the tuneup and with a dynomax superturbo muffler, then i did some maintenance and got rid of the dynomax. Instaled a Flowmaster chambered silencer and i think there is where i gained that much hp.

Also i dont want to but a VE i want to do something more simple, put in some S4cams and maybe N1 pistons or Flat top pistons. And a Nistune ECU.

Just to get near the 160whp... although for the circuit where i like to race, i dont need to rev so high so i dont know, dont want to spend that much money on this car. just a little to have some fun.

Get used JWT S4 cams and it will be great. Its really different car after that. You will love it...

do you have a baseline dyno?

What do you mean for a baseline dyno? this is a untuned car, i dont have chips or even a SAFC. just the Stock ECU and the FPR.

baseline as in did you dyno the car before any mods.
