Nissan Silvia S13 91 RedTop ...

If I need other info I will supply ..

have you ever used or heard of this product:

OBX LSD

OBX LSD HELICAL DIFFERENTIAL 89-98 NISSAN 240SX S13 S14:eBay Motors (item 130258764434 end time Jul-24-09 17:31:59 PDT)

large as I think I have seen in cest leautres model than would be possible detre the use of open uun diff 89-90

for once there is a low budge model which seems to be manufactured in the U.S. it's been less afraid

qqun know a place to get by against the gear with a lower ratio?

in fact benefit laccel rather a low-speed

laccel kind of advantage would be 0-100 and 100-200 disadvantage rather good but I do not do high-speed with what fait ...

OBX = Quality lol. Go find a Z32 diff and reshim it.

Damn, that was definitely not easy to understand. OBX is not exactly a quality product, althought I've seen someone on Zilvia.net use one but he had to do some work to it to ensure it wouldn't break. You get your money's worth, but the worthiness of an OBX LSD would be highly suspicious as have been other OBX products that I've seen so far. If you don't want to get a clutch-type LSD due to the somewhat prohibitive price of a good one, I suggest you look at getting an S15 Helical LSD. I plan on buying one myself soon as I come home for purposes of using my soon-to-be-revealed car on a racecourse track.

if you look really hard you can sometimes find a z31 clsd out of an 87' turbo...these swap over into open diffs in the s chassis. I'm going to be going with a r32gtr clsd because it'll use the 6x1 axle pattern (beefier axles)

i have a s14 vlsd in my s13. It swaps right over no problem. The cheapest route is to get your open diff welded. From what I hear it does the job and costs next to nothing if you know someone who a MIG welder.
