I had the tein S-techs in my B14, i liked them, the ride was pretty bouncy, stock struts died in about a month. I think the best was the way it sat. here is a pic

Whatever you get do it the right way and get some shocks/struts also.

did it recover from the bounce well, or did it bounce your head off forever? I plan to, can get them at my work for a decent price.

My two cents:

Any spring, other than the Road Magnet, or Hyperco, will not function PROPERLY on a full length strut. If you plan on using Tein, or H&R, etc. etc., your best bet is to go with a coilover setup, or at a minimum, CSK's (Custom Shortened Konis)

i've got roadmagnets, I love them. I've driven lots with knuckleduster who has Hyperco's, he loves them too. you can't go wrong with either of those springs.

the stechs arn't a good match for stock struts what so ever. I had them for about 4 months, before getting my coil overs, and my struts turned to garbage in about a month.
