200SX 1.6 Belt Replacement

Alright, So my alternator/ac belt went kapoot. However, I for the life of me cannot loosen that tensioner, along with remove the water pump/ ps pump belt to put the new belt on. I've messed with that tensioner to no avail, what am I missing!?

Loosen the pivot bolt on the power steering pump for that belt

On the alternator - there is the adjustment bolt and a lock down bolt as well
