Engine harness/chassis harness questions
Can I use a 99 2.0L engine harness,ECU,and Cluster to do a swap in a 95 GA16 powered car?
I know there are some differences in pinouts from the different yeras(98-99)
But will that affect the swap?
I remember a guy years ago having issues swapping a DET into a 98...he had to use a 97 chassis AND engine harness for it to work properly.

Any inputb or info would bew greatly appreciated

If you have the harness and the FSM diagrams, it shouldnt be too hard to find the differences.

Bump.
maybe it would be easier to sell off the 99 stuff and just get the same year as the car(95) for the sake of consistency.

iirc, you would need the dash harness also unless you want to cut and slice a few wires.

U just have to repin the under dash harnesses. You can keep the ga cluster if you want. I did a non 98 harness into a 97 ga sentra. If you dont swap the body harness you wont have a rear o2 plug like me. Its part of the body harness on sr cars and the engine harness on ga cars.
